Job Overview:
As an SAP Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing full-lifecycle SAP projects in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in SAP Project Management, with a focus on SAP Application projects (not infrastructure projects).
Added bonus: Experience in divestment projects, specifically the carve-out of organizational data via the SAP SLO process, would be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead end-to-end project management of SAP initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
– Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
– Mitigate risks and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful project completion.
– Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
– Liaise with business units to understand requirements and align SAP solutions with business goals.
– Oversee the SAP SLO process in divestment projects, ensuring seamless data carve-out.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Project Management.
– Proven track record of successfully managing full-lifecycle SAP projects in manufacturing organizations (buy/make/sell environment).
– Experience with SAP Application projects; not infrastructure projects.
– Ideally, experience in divestment projects, specifically with the SAP SLO process.
– Strong understanding of business processes within manufacturing.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
– Flexibility to spend a minimum of one day per week on-site in Kilkenny.
This is a day rate role with an attractive day rate and long term projects on offer.
