Job Description:
Agile Coach opportunity with a Financial Services company in Ireland. Lead Agile transformation for software development and IT teams, driving a shift from project-centric to product-centric delivery. Provide thought leadership, mentorship, and training, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Bring expertise in Lean and Agile principles, DevSecOps, and collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
10+ years of Agile experience with proficiency in Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, TDD, Continuous Testing, and Integration.
Certification as Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Coach (CSC), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
Strong relationship management, communication, facilitation, persuasion, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Day rate:
Depending on experience
This role is based in Dublin and while offering mainly remote working, there will be an expectation to visit the client site on occasion. All applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland.
