Sustainability Transformation

The objective of this presentation is to encourage participants to think of sustainability, not as a set of environmental initiatives which are implemented by one function or department within a company but rather as a transformation programme or project that should be implemented across the entire company. The presentation will describe sustainability as a measure of impact across environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters and explain why it requires the formality of a programme.

Barbara Hamill is the Founder of RBESG, a sustainability products and services company based in Dublin, Ireland. Barbara specialises in large-scale transformation programmes and believes the best way to make a difference to our planet is to empower companies to identify, assess, manage and transform their impact.
