Project Manager
We’re on the lookout for a skilled client facing Project Manager, focused on delivery. Collaboration with clients in sectors such as government, health, utilities, transport, and telecoms is crucial, ensuring successful project delivery while advocating for agile working practices.
Responsibilities:
Lead or support end to end project delivery using agile methodologies, acting as an agile project manager
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective management of project deliverables regarding time, cost, and quality.
Lead or support the design and implementation of agile operating models and Agile Project Management Offices.
Manage project plans, logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and budgets efficiently.
Conduct business process design, testing, and end-user training involving various stakeholders.
Provide client-facing support in generating innovative insights and solutions to meet client requirements.
Assist in client account management activities including recruitment, financial management, quality, and risk management.
Foster valuable relationships with clients and colleagues to identify new business opportunities.
Experience:
Approximately 5 years’ experience in client facing project management
Adept in managing large-scale projects, programmes, and transformations.
Hands-on experience as a client-facing Scrum Master/Product Owner
Agile certifications are beneficial
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good understanding of project governance and change management principles.
PRINCE2 or PMP
Multidisciplinary experience including project management, business process design, testing, and end-user training is desirable.
Public Sector Project Management experience can also be considered
